modifiers now have caps, capped modifiers are either skipped or go back lower into range
some world types now offer more positive modifiers, rewarding harder choices (2, 3 or 4 positives currently)
there is now teleporter building on spawn, if lost, the Mothership considers the colony lost and burns emergency power to relocate immediately
emergency power can be resupplied same as normal fuel
if spawn teleporter is lost and there is not enough emergency power, the run is considered lost and resets
biter that get close to teleporter will be lured to destroy it

GUI visually optimized
GUI first part of optimizing it (so it doesn't recalculate all the tooltips per player per modifier on every player change, but only when modifiers actually change
Capsule list now uses pictures instead of names

some initial formatting of files, the TODO for later update is to make it luacheck compatible fully and pretty
slowly converting strings to translatable file and trying to reach state with all luacheck: ignores gone

when teleporter is lost and mothership leaves to next map, it picks one at random without players being able to choose (they choose only if they win the world)
