[Feat]: Show onboarding in steps. #290

Describe the problem and solution that you'd like.

Make the onboarding steps visible one by one as user completes the previous one.
Rename the executable step as "Setting up engine"

The goal is to promote more users to complete the onboarding by reducing the turf off of 3 direct steps visible.
