JS list scrool doesn't work anytime V4.0.178 #139

First time I press a button with JS to scroll a list it works, then it doesn't work anymore. in Ipad, same project works good.

still has problems with 4.0.180, in my old devices Android 2.3.4 and 4.0.4

BUT, there is no issue with my new device Motorola Moto G Android 4.3 (works perfect)
