I have emailed ARRI about this, but no response.

I am actively investigating some other RAW formats though, so "RAW Toolbox" is in the pipeline.

I believe Arri is very supportive of third-party developers.

Feel free to get me access to the ARRIRAW SDK then! I haven't had any luck.
