Retiming in secondary timeline borks the primary timeline #233

DESCRIBE THE BUG:

Retiming a clip in secondary timeline messes up primary timeline. That shouldn't be touched at all.

TO REPRODUCE:

Have a clip in secondary timeline. Apply any retiming option. Clips in primary timeline will shift.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:

Primary timeline shouldn't be affected at all.
