CombatTag | Support #46

I want to ask for CombatTag to get Supported. They provide an API and I need this Support for TP/Spawn/Warp etc. So when you're in a Battle, you can't Teleport

Added, it's untested though because I only have one Minecraft account and Bukkit seems to have removed all offline mode support.
