[Suggestion] Better username matching #47

Coming from Essentials I am used to using a random portion of someones name to do an action, for example if I wanted to TP TheDog I would have to say /tp the, but I would like to be able to use commands that aren't limited to the start of the same, so for example I could use /tp dog.
