Please Delete #59

I have been following CommandsEX since iKeirNez took over however I am not happy at the lack of support and updating there has been since the last update. I would like to see some initiative and get a new version out I don't want to see this plugin disappear.

Plugin is not abandoned; we're just all too busy to update it at the moment.
