@jamiebrown201 @samstephenson are best-placed to fix/give guidance on this. But briefly:

On a given URL users should be able to

Post comments on particular paragraphs
See the comments that others have left on paragraphs:
1. Either as a snippet when the comment box is collapsed
2. Or in full when the comment box is expanded

Currently out of scope:

Deleting comments
Modifying comments

The prototype explains how it should function.

have made a temporary fix to this, now you can add comments, and see the comments added on a particular paragraph as you scroll.

ui needs refining, will do that next.

Not sure this is fixed yet, because of #33

commenting is fixed on the frontend, #33 relates to viewing the article and comments again/sharing/reloading.

currently you cant reload because of the shortcuts we took in the hackathon.. some stuff that should be backend is done on the frontend, and the link "appearing" on the address bar is one of them.

but yeah lets keep this issue open till the link works too
