Issue encountered when attempting to install for an initial assessment at NIST #240

We attempted to download the code for an assessment at NIST and we encountered the following.

  1. Downloaded Travel App related code from github
  2. Language – Python
  3. Installed Docker Toolbox and applied all command level statements
  4. Resolved few errors to clear all DB related issues
  5. DB indicates UP and running
  6. Unable to resolve this error : python: can't open file 'manage.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory
  7. Attempted various things to resolve and load the web container but not successful
  8. Unable to view the application because of the error

Any chance there would be additional information/help from the development/project team that might help us to resolve this, such as: a. Installation document b. User guide c. Contact number for assistance
