Dockerfile missing ? #1

running 'make' says ./GDPR/Dockerfile : no such file or directory.

Hi, Yes, the Docker install was contributed but I never used or understood it myself. So, let us say it is currently deprecated. I do an install using MAMP and git cloning. https://github.com/CommonAccord/cmacc-host/blob/master/README.md
