COSIM: Port "all" baremetal-tests to Verilator #1

They have been ported and checked into v4.3_development_br24169, but several still fail.

As a note, the SPI and UART tests are guaranteed to fail unless:

Update the testharness to loopback those interfaces Update the tests to use the SimSerial and SimSPI? models already present in the TestHarness.
