auto-fir perl script does not run in Ubuntu 18.04 #12
Remove legacy shell script dependency (from Freedom U500 days), but iirGen.pl depends on the verilog::gen module which doesn't seem to exist anymore (couldn't find a way to install on Ubuntu 22.04)
There seems to be a difference between the perl packages that are included (by default) with Ubuntu 16.04 vs Ubuntu 18.04.
The perl script relies on the verilog::gen module which does NOT seem to be part of the Verilog-Perl package (which can be installed in 18.04).
As of the writing of this issue, I cannot find the verilog::gen module for Perl in 18.04.
