Show token on new thing creation without having reload page #256

Expected Behavior.

I click new thing, I should be presented with auth credentials for the device.

Actual Behavior.

We are presented with a new thing that has a UUID, but we have to refresh the page before we see a token.

The second of these is the result of clicking the add icon and not refreshing the page.

Steps to reproduce the behavior.

Start Grow-IoT, create an account, login, click the plus icon.
