Reorganize

Ok, things are currently a mess. Now that we've stuck everything in one repo and started using yarn workspaces and lerna, it's time to reorganize.

• [x] Each example should have it's own package.json
• [x] Each example ui component should have it's own package.json
• [x] Publish the above on npm
• [x] Remove old examples

Other suggestions? Need to think about how to namespace the packages. cg? grow? ie. cg-bioreactor-driver or grow-bioreactor-ui-component
