Bullying & Harassment Policy #2

A bullying and harassment policy is in some ways an extension on a Code of Conduct policy.

It's intended to give clear direction when a community member is engaging in repeated acts of harassment and is most useful when soft forms of feedback have not been effective in adjusting the behaviour occuring.

This issue will initially gather examples of well written Bullying & Harassment policies, towards finding a suitable base for adding this policy to the guide.
