External file changes not showing up in text editor #382

change file, contents change

Actual Behavior

change file, nothing happens

Steps to reproduce the behavior

One note for folks that used verson 2.6.x and below and eclipse before updating to 2.7.x

You will need to delete and re-import all of your eclipse projects. The old projects will be in the old directory, and the new projects are in Documents. This change means the project in eclipse is no longer in the location bowlerstudio uses as cache.
