This release was based on Macao input: Main points:

• Finished the tag story by adding metadata
• Got rid of the PIN verification and storing the secret on the session
• Some text renaming
• Adding two more buttons for listing participants and tags
• Sorted the participant list alphabetically
• Transactions are not allowed if the user has not enough balance according to the blockchain
• An exception is added to the above for a single admin account for which the email is passed in config
