Default width when value is too large #2

When I specify a width for a file that is larger than the file width I want CommonsDownloader to get the largest thumb possible for this file instead of getting an error.

Steps to reproduce:

download_from_Wikimedia_Commons --width 500 Example.jpg

Resolved with 3d611aa (using work in 2046595, de99534, 4e22835, b180b25 & 0c8732f).
