Remove ECBPMI controller #101

Description The ECBPMI gripper should not be a seperate controller anymore. Otherwise it is not easily possible to use other DIOs at the same time. Since the controller is basically a modified DIO controller it should be trivial to turn the gripper into a function for the examples and/or a generalized node. Don't forget to update the controllers documentation
