Continuous last joint #13

The last joint on the Rebel 6DOF and robolink DP5 can turn infinitly unless an endeffector with a cable connection is attached. While this often is the case, the function to remove the joint limits could have some usecases. As such it might be useful to add a xacro parameter to chose between a limited and continuous joint.
