Add callbacks and listen to reference, align and set to zero #43

Tested with ReBeL modules only yet. While the process is not 100% stable as depending on the module state not all messages are always sent, the goal of the command seems to be executed just fine. Further testing before merging should be done in any case.

All three commands work, the message handling needs some work in a future PR to tackle the unreliability of the responses
