Top Left, Impact Hour Rate vs wxDai Collected: The Impact Hour Rate determines the Minting Rate for Builders, making 1 Impact Hour equivalent to sending this amount of wxDai to the Hatch.
Top Right, Proposal Acceptance Criteria: Shows the range of possibilities for DAO vote outcomes and whether they succeed or not given the Support Required & Minimum Quorum I chose.
Bottom Left, Backer's Rage Quit % vs wxDai Collected: The Backer's Rage Quit % is the percent of wxDai that the Backers sent to the Hatch that would be returned if they decide to Ragequit.
Bottom Right, Redeem-ability of the DAO's wxDai: Shows who has rights to the wxDai held by the DAO. All of the DAO's funds are collectively governed but some can be withdrawn if token holders Ragequit. This shows the results of my parameter choices at the 3 different goals.
Simulated Outcomes
Hatch Strategy
Iteration of @tamarandom 's great feedback in #52 , mixing in a bit of the goldilocks strategy.
Adjusted the minimum down to the "realistic" assessment to make sure the hatch succeeds in any case, which I agree is vital. I set the target at a more opimistic 2,400,000 though, with the cap at 8,000,000. This way, with a target IH rate of 80$, the minimum rate is 20$ and it grows to ~138$ at max.
Took over the 28 day extended Hatch period. I liked @liviade1 's thought in #41 that we should give interested people the time to go through the whole trusted seed application process and join in if they wish so, and also @GriffGreen made a good point about the building part ;)
To accomodate for this change I toned down the membership ratio a bit from 50 to 25: still allows for ample funding, but puts a cap on how much of a whale someone who just joined can become.
Tribute stays at 7%, since I like that number. I think it strikes a balance of being noticeable without feeling extractive.
DAO Strategy
Dandelion stays pretty much the same in principle, but timeframes change a bit to 5 days vote duration, and 48h ragequit.
I also consider myself now convinced on the "1-proposal-a-day" front and raised the buffer to 24h with a 5000 Dai tollgate so people really think about what they propose.
Summary
Hatch Details
Trusted Seed members can send wxDai to the Hatch for 28 days.
The target goal will be 2400000 wxDai, with a minimum of 400000 wxDai necessary for the TEC Hatch DAO to be launched and a cap at 8000000 wxDai.
Backers will need to send in 1.0 wxDai to mint 1 TECH.
The membership ratio is set at 25 wxDai/CSTK, so a Trusted Seed member with the minimum CSTK Score of 1125 CSTK can send up to 28125 wxDai to the Hatch.
TEC Hatch DAO Voting Details
Proposals will be voted on for 5 days. They will require at least 60% support, and a minimum of 10% of the TECH Tokens will have to vote yes for a proposal to pass.
TECH token holders will have 48 hours to exit the DAO if they don't like the result of a vote (as long as they didn't vote yes) before it is executed.
There will be a minimum of 24 hours between proposals so people always have time to exit safely if they voted yes on a previous vote, this means we can have at most 365 votes per year.
To prevent griefing attacks, it will cost 5000 wxDai to make a proposal.
