NOTE! The IH total in the Dashboard was known to be wrong... so the .02 Impact hour slope was actually input as .01... to hopefully get close to these numbers.... but seriously... who knows... we could have been way off.

Results

It costs 5 wxDAI to make a proposal
Votes will be voted on for 3 days
TECH token holders will have 1 Hours to exit the DAO if they don't like the result of a vote (as long as they don't vote yes).
There can be a maximum of 2190 votes per year.
A proposal that passes can be executed 5 hours after it was proposed.
A CSTK Token holder that has 2000 CSTK can send a max of 60 wxDai to the Hatch
