What is the vision of the Token Engineering Commons?

... The TEC is advancing the field of Token Engineering to support the ethical and robust design of complex tokenized systems for the benefit of humanity.

What is the mission of the Token Engineering Commons? (How are we going to get there?)

... To steward efficient collection and distribution of funds to TE projects that will continue to develop tools and mechanisms to design and test their assumptions. Creating guidelines for quality and safety of token engineering practices and especially to foster a nourishing environment for collaboration, education and continuous research.

What are the core values of the Token Engineering Commons?

... The TEC operates from a value driven human centered perspective. Curiosity, constructive inquiry, presence and gratitude are the foundations for mutual respect and growth. . We encourage our members to be radically open source, non-hierarchical, creative, transparent in their intentions and accountable for their actions. We will strive to support token engineering projects that appreciate the value of ethical, diverse and inclusive economic systems.

📆 In the TEC, we have a tradition of voting on the weekends so everyone has the chance to submit a proposal until Friday, April 2nd when the voting phase will be promoted.

I like this a lot! I just don't like "gather and steward efficient distribution of funds..." because it doesn't makes sense to gather distribution... you know?

Perhaps would be better to something like "steward efficient collection and distribution of funds..."

I also really like this wording for the final part of "values" because I find it's more clear/direct:

"We are value driven, over profit driven and will strive to support the advancement of token engineering through projects that appreciate the value of public goods and ethical, inclusive economic systems."

Otherwise. This one is my faaaaave. @liviade1 you rock!
