What is the overall Commons Configuration strategy?
This is a fork of TEC Casino & The Bolshevik's Gambit.
This merge reaches a middle ground for two proposals that may seem extreme in some of their parameters (specially the casino!) I particularly have a good feeling about the sum of risk factors around Conviction Voting, allowing the community to coordinate around proposals that need to go through fast but blocking malicious proposals with the help of Celeste.
After the initial buy in we'll have a price of 1.55 wxDai. 4 months after launch hatchers will be able to start selling their TEC, but this thaw won't be completed until 2 years after the launch.

Module 2: Augmented Bonding Curve (ABC)
Strategy:
The commons tribute + the initial buy will allow the TEC to have 1M+ in the common pool right at the start, also leaving a relatively low reserve ratio that can cause volatility.
Let's give the markets what they want! Once the token freeze period ends tributes should be re-considered. My suggestion would be a 5% even for entry and exit.
The ABC mints and burns TEC tokens, the price of the TEC token is dependent on the funds that is held in the Reserve. This graph shows how the ABC's Price for TEC tokens changes with the ABC's Reserve Balance. The Initial Buy that will happen at launch is highlighted.

This shows how the minimum percent of tokens needed to pass proposals after 2 weeks varies with the percent of the Common Pool funds being requested.
Token Freeze: 16 weeks, meaning that 100% of TEC tokens minted for Hatchers will remain locked from being sold or transferred for 16 weeks. They can still be used to vote while frozen.
Token Thaw: 88 weeks, meaning the Hatchers frozen tokens will start to become transferable at a steady rate starting at the end of Token Freeze and ending 88 weeks later.
Opening Price: 0.95 wxDAI, meaning for the initial buy, the first TEC minted by the Augmented Bonding Curve will be priced at 0.95 wxDAI making it the price floor during the Token Freeze.

Commons Tribute: 77.00%, which means that 77.00% of the Hatch funds (971142.15 wxDAI) will go to the Common Pool and 23.00% (290081.42 wxDAI) will go to the ABC's Reserve.
Entry Tribute: 8.00% meaning that from every BUY order on the ABC, 8.00% of the order value in wxDAI is subtracted and sent to the Common Pool.
Exit Tribute: 2.00% meaning that from every SELL order on the ABC, 2.00% of the order value in wxDAI is subtracted and sent to the Common Pool.

Support Required: 88%, which means 88% of all votes must be in favor of a proposal for it to pass.
Minimum Quorum: 8%, meaning that 8% of all tokens need to have voted on a proposal in order for it to become valid.
