Gravity - Aragon outreach

We want Gravity to be sustainable by having several communities using our framework and tools. Aragon has reached out saying they will submit a proposal to encourage a tailored graviton training and support for developing conflict management processes. Point of contact is Michael Heuer and they want to call their "umbrella proposal"

1. Offering clear services to other DAOs to reproduce our frameworks, toolings, and educational activities
2. Delivering high Quality actions and meeting expectations
3. Several people coordinating and with agency regarding this implementation

Juanka's update: Aragon is developing a service very similar to Gravity's called Umbrella and we are assisting them by sharing our knowledge & empirical findings. Also, Aragon wants Gravity to lead a Graviton training tailored to their DAO's need, 3 months of follow-up assistance after the training. They also want our help in creating policies for conflict management and, for this specific request, we're considering offering our support as a paid service, potentially opening a new revenue channel for our WG and future DAO. Discussions for this are ongoing.

Juanka's update: All points out to Aragon being ready to transfer the funds to us (6,000 DAI), in exchange for the consulting service we'll be providing to them regarding a white-labeling of Gravity for their DAO. The funds received will be converted to $TEC with the help of the Transparency WG. Juanka will be leading the charge in this 1st stage of consulting; we expect the funds to hit our wallet next week (April 17 - 23).

We are starting our interactions with the Aragon community! we had an AMA last week and are bringing support to the tuesdays calls they are having in their discord.

Already received 3.000 DAI on our multisig, 25% of the total funds.

They will be participating in the graviton training and will receive tailored practice groups.

Every one week of Graviton training, 1 week of open spaces.

23 & 24 of june Week 1. - Transforming conflict (juan) conflict Conflict is something natural, that we experience everyday in multiple environments and scales. & we can get competences to transform that energy into something else. How can we deal with it effectively? What can we learn from it? communicate without violence: The OFNR process (Observations, Feeling, Needs and Requests)

7 & 8th of July Week 3. Deep democracy, error culture and inclusion. (Leen) error, errors are natural and something to learn from as a group it is ok when experiments fail Lowering the waterline of the iceberg to include new voices and bring more information to the surface.

21 & 22 of july Week 5. Liberating structures (jeremy) communication tools How to improve communication in everyday life? Effectively listening to each other without losing focus. What are Liberating structures and how do they facilitate coordination Different perspectives on a problem (6 vs 9). - Workshop

4 & 5th of august Week 7. Wellbeing in workspaces, burnout and psychology: work culture Bianca and AnnAnna Remote work and its challenges Anonymity vs Social bonds Culture of false selves - Normalizing authenticity and vulnerability, burnout, how to identify and communicate Workshop

18 & 19 August Week 9. Conflict Roleplay (juan) / Practical session
