Optimize Meeting Times and Community Calendar #1440

Tasks Include:

Evaluating the amount of calls we take in the TEC. What is the most optimal to stay up to date.

Engage each WG and ask what times are good for meeting, and ensure they hold these calls.

Update Calendar with Scheduling changes.
