This is a regular process that I'm always doing! :) It's great to get the positive feedback from new joiners.

For the last month, we stopped contacting new members individually and instead post collective messages in the Orientation channel. We are now actively working on new solutions with @MrsBadgerface and @eduardovegap.

In this last sprint, we have continued with weekly orientations in lieu of individual contact. We have also created the Communitas WG and are developing new solutions for inviting in each and every new joiner.

Update from Edu: Guide Role's functions; we do this on a Daily basis: using the Survey and orientation data to welcome newcomers, plus checking all the discord chat channel, checking for new members who are lost.
