The goal of the Hubspot Proposal Epic is to develop a proposal for funding once the TEC launches into a Commons. Our Hubspot will be the central platform for coordinating the tasks of several working groups including Communications, Gravity, and Transparency.

There are five aspects of this proposal that need to be developed within this epic that includes:

1.) Evaluation of Costs 2.) Security Model 3.) Integrations (Twitter, Website, Medium, etc.) 4.) Roles, and Access 5.) Education

I think we should do a doodle to find a timing for the tranparency sync that it's good for everyone tagged here and @iviangita. We need to sync together to have the best outcome possible.

Evaluation of Costs, Security Model, and Roles and Access are achieved within this epic. Partial Integrations have been made (Twitter only). Website integration and blog integration are still desired. We will be paying for Hubspot Marketing. Right now we have a free 2 week trial that started on August 18, 2021. Education around use of Hubspot is important and still needs to be worked on.

Our Marketing proposal is live on Gardens and, with its current support, it's expected to pass in 17 days. While it passes, I'll develop a plan on how we intend to use those funds for our DAO's marketing efforts.
