Nose Wheel Steering option back again on the last version please!! #437

Hi, first of all, thank you so much for a great job with the A-4 mod! I understand that the real model don't have NWS and you wanted to translate it into your model.

But I and several of my wingmen would love if there was still an option to map the nose wheel steering, especially for carriers.

Hopefully you will set this option again and whoever wants to use it to do so and whoever doesn't want to not do it.

You can use the special option to make steering with the brakes easier. Please wait until RC2 for the bug where the aircraft weather vanes away from the wind to be fixed.

I, too, would welcome nosewheel steering back as a special option, since the code already exists to enable it. I also understand that this A-4 model did not have NWS in reality, but it would be a QoL improvement for me (and possibly others) and my control scheme.
