mysterious "black line" on fuel tanks' center and nose cones #594

discovered the source of this artifact - my ancient dds export adds a 1-pixel black line border to all saved .dds textures. i'll have to upgrade my photoshop installation or do some exporting from my laptop to fix it, but it should be easy enough to do.

fixing the error will mean re-rendering all fuel tank textures, including the roughmet(s); as with their own black lines, they're making a bad situation worse.

this is probably just affecting the fuel tanks, but i will vet the other textures in the package and ensure nothing else goes up to the line and is being affected by this.

found a dds export tool that's still compatible with my edition of photoshop, so this should be easily fixable by next patch. i'll share a hotfix fileset once i can get an export batch out and vet the other textures to see what might need a similar fix.

i've issued a new set of textures on the binary share - the strange black lines are gone from the fuel tanks, all textures are re-rendered. i did a cursory search of other textures in the package but don't see anything else that would be adversely affected by the black line bug. the pipeline is ready to re-export anything else anyone spots that has this issue.
