Add AGM-45B to pylons 1, 2, 4 and 5 #599

a few discord users apparently the AGM-45B needs no additional code to drive sound, it's just the more powerful motor. seems era-appropriate enough.

someone force-added it to a mission and apparently the B works identically in terms of tone production so it sounds like very little work would need to be done to add and test this out. something to think about in tandem with #597

tested the AGM45-B to ensure it produces tone, tracks and it all seems to be working properly. now you can miss from much further away!

@08jne01 at some point, would you help me take a look at these - i'm spitting a few negative weight errors, so i fear i have done something slightly incorrectly; i could use a sanity check on the maths.
