bl702 and bl808 support #1

I am trying to work out the following repository to build in platformio.

https://github.com/sipeed/RV-Debugger-BL702

I may need some help since it is based on BL702 but not BL602, and I think if this can be done and finished, the BL702 support if ready as well.

I will see how can I contribute, but I may need some advice to start with. Do you have a Discord group that I may join and discuss?
