[x] Vertically center the hover text for the volunteer carousel
[x] Make the volunteer carousel move slower
[x] Make the text in the upcoming events hover in the footer darker or bolder to be easier to read
[x] Make the explanatory text on the support page sign up form bigger
[x] Make the residents' websites and calendar links open new tabs
[x] Add the artist residency photo to right of that section's text on programs page

Which text on the support page?
Are you sure about those two links opening in new tabs? That's generally frowned upon.
Can you point me in the direction for the arts residency photo?

In the form section of the support page, there are headers and then very small text describing it in gray. Increase the size of that gray. E.g. "Which program would you like to join?" underneath Program Choice.
Could it open a new page instead of tab? Or is that also frowned upon? This was an outside request, I think with the thought that it would be easier for folks to still have our page. Thoughts?
Looks like this image didn't move over from the dev site. In the dev site, it is in assets/img/activate_the_arts

@cameronjj i addressed all the issues. I made most of the events links open in new tabs (basically all the ones I have control over) and all the residents links. Could you check that everything is good then close this issue? :rainbow:
