Keil Convert Arduino

I am trying to replicate a project from Keil using Arduino. But it's very unfriendly, giving me a lot of errors. I hope I can seek help here. I'm stuck at this point now, and there are probably many more errors to deal with later. This is the project package for Keil. Oscilloscope.zip
