Is it impossible for me to display 'Windows.UI.Xaml.Controls.Maps.MapIcon' in 'Windows from project'?

var myMapIcon = new Windows.UI.Xaml.Controls.Maps.MapIcon();

mapControl1.MapElements.Add(myMapIcon);
