WPF WebView play video on Netflix crashes in GetPlayReadyPathFromStorageFolder #45

Bug report (I searched for similar issues and did not find one)

Current behavior

Crashes in GetPlayReadyPathFromStorageFolder playing a video on Netflix

Expected behavior

Should play video

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

Go to netflix.com | sign-in | play a video

Just verified this also happens on Win 10 October 1809

See #2175. This is a known issue: any media that's storage protected (Netflix, Spotify) will cause a fault.
