I am trying to checkout this PR locally and having issues. I think its due to the question mark in this file name Why-Microsoft-supports-this-project?.md

git error message error: invalid path 'Why-Microsoft-supports-this-project?.md'

It is possible that there are some git settings that can make this work, but I think it would be better to remove the question mark to make it easier for contributors.
