Add Info about WinUI 3 NuGet Packages #26

We should have info from our blog post about the move to CommunityToolkit.* package names and update the table to show the old name and the new name as examples. (We may just want to convert the graphic to a Markdown table.)

We can then point to info about the Preview Feed page as well as a tie-in at the very bottom as a link for those that want to live on the bleeding edge.

FYI @Kyaa-dost, not sure if you want to take a stab at this later after we get some of the docs setup?
