Add a Page on the 'App Gallery' #7

In the Readme, we should have a Gallery of high quality 'showcase' apps and projects which are using the Windows Community Toolkit.

We should have a process around how this list is managed, how apps are submitted and approved, and if apps are removed (no recent updates, removal of Toolkit, etc...)
