DataGrid crash on width change

Bug report (I searched for similar issues and did not find one)

Current behavior

DataGrid has a column with Drag edge of page to make the window narrower. The App will crash with "Layout cycle detected. Layout could not complete."

I stopped it crashing. The DataGrid is inside a Grid. Set the MinWidth of the Grid to greater than the minimum width that the DataGrid can be. PS it still crashes if I drag the window to span two monitors.

Expected behavior

Adjust width to follow cursor without crashing

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

Project files as requested. This App is only for internal use, not public release.

MainPage.xaml.cs.txt MainPage.xaml.txt

Version 5 seems to crash less often than Version 4, but still does crash.

Set line 32 to "950" and it doesn't crash, but of course the behaviour is different. Remove line 29 and it crashes when you adjust the horizontal width.
