6.1 Release Plan

Incremental release focused on some new features along with bug-fixes and improvements.

Feature Freeze: 5/14/2020 Code Freeze: 5/21/2020 5/29/2020 Ship Date: 5/28/2020 6/4/2020

EDIT: side note, should we use 6.1 to also mark the RadialGradientBrush as Obsolete since it's now available out of the box in WinUI 2.4? Just to point new users towards that one instead 🤔

EDIT 2: opened a docs PR for the FontIconExtension(s), ready for review now 👍

3205/#3206 is for 7.0.0. It definitely is a breaking change.
