Maybe remove "scheduled" status from TestHistory model #41

I think my original idea for this was that the status would initially be "scheduled", it would request the device to run the test, the device would report back when it starts running the test, and then the backend would update the status to "running". However, I am not sure how the device would communicate status changes.

This is more of a planning issue. We need to decide on the direction to go in before we can work on this issue.
