logcombiner gives nonsense results when combining trees with a different taxon ordering #15

If you combine two tree files, where they have the same taxon labels but in a different order, then the resulting tree file is wrong. This bug exists in beast 2.6 as well as 2.7, and could potentially date back to beast1
