DocMaker not functioning #18

It only picks up a very small number of classes, and removes most classes due to <class X> is not documented (or abstract class): <class Y> where X and Y are normal classes.

DocMaker is best launched through the applauncher, so needs an entry in version.xml (a8a63c8c4a6e833fd8dfe236d8aa6075fd916fcc).

Index does not seem to group classes logically.

Another glitch: icon in top left corner of index.html is missing.
