"I get four trees all annotated slightly different when compared in a text editor. In SPREAD there are polygons for the B1TA1 tree, but not for the B1TA2 tree. Neither of the B2TA1 or B2TA2 tree shows polygons.
I cannot really say anything about the whats and whys since I have no idea of the SPREAD code and how it actually reads the tree annotations, but the end output differs."
