3 months ago - Added the clipping min & max values as input options. The user can now manually select the minimum and maximum values that are used in the np.clip() function which is part of the image intensity standardization during preprocessing. The default values are 0.5 as minimum and 99.5 as maximum.
- Changed the header of the binary lesion map, which now adopts the header of the FLAIR image instead of the T1w image
- Added np.squeeze() in the strip.py script so that redundant dimensions are removed
