@mstrout To test this, you will need to log into ocelote, make a test directory somewhere, and clone this branch with the following:

git clone git@github.com:CompOpt4Apps/IanHydroframeWork.git IanHydroframeWork_sinusoidal_domain_branch
cd IanHydroframeWork_sinusoidal_domain_branch
git fetch origin sinusoidal_domain
git checkout sinusoidal_domain

Then follow the instructions in test_domains/sinusoidal/
