Clear weather screenshots sometimes have weather in upper-left hand corner #3

Description of Bug Regardless of what the weather is like in-game, the screenshot always appears to have "clear" weather. This is correct behavior, but the problem occurs in the upper-left hand corner of the screenshot. You can still see a small square that has the non-clear weather in it. This only happens on days that do not actually have clear weather.

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Trigger an automatic screenshot on a day with non-clear weather in-game (like when it's raining, snowing, etc).
  2. Go to view screenshot.
  3. Look in upper-left hand corner of the screenshot to see the in-game weather showing up.

Expected behavior If the screenshot is intended to display "clear" weather, then regardless of the in-game weather it should show the entire screenshot as being "clear" weather.
